At 313 & 323 Richmond St East, The Richmond finds itself at home in Old Town Toronto or, more specifically, Corktown.  While the neighbourhood may be called Old Town for its historic buildings and heritage as the centre of the first city in Toronto, the district is anything but stodgy, and is experiencing rejuvenation.

The neighbourhood is home to a plethora of delightful cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, parks such as Richmond Station, Fusaro’s, Mengrai Thai, Upside Dive, Skal Rock Bar, and, of course, the lovely St Lawrence Market. The Richmond is  also located a short jaunt from the heart of downtown Toronto, providing residents with easy access to the Financial District, Waterfront, Entertainment District and Bay St Corridor.

Transport options include the north-south 75 Sherbourne Bus and the east-west King and Queen Streetcars, all of which offer connections to subway lines. Residents also have easy access to both the Don Valley Parkway and Gardiner Expressway and to the wider network of Toronto highways from there.
